Viviane Freitas has a degree in Arts from FFSD – Faculdade de Filosofia Santa Doroteia and from the language course CABS – Center of American and British Studies. She has 28-year experience in English, teaching to the most diverse level students from different areas and Portuguese for foreigners.

She has taught in schools, regular courses, preparatory course for contests, entrance exams, international tests, companies and even in the offshore industry for almost 10 years.

The experience of living with people of different nationalities made it possible to create different approaches to meet the most varied ways of linguistic acquisition.

In addition, she contributed to the improvement of results in companies, developing the fluency of the English language of CEOs, supervisors and employees.

She taught technical English in the following areas:

2) Hotel and Tourism;
3) Medicine;
4) Law;
5) Oil and Gas.

However, nowadays, her goal is to teach Portuguese for foreigners who wish and/or need to learn the language to expand their business(es) in Brazil; to communicate; to travel across the country, or for any other purposes and aspirations, whatever your reasons are.

The fact that a student hires the services (“Portuguese classes for foreigners”) is irrefutably understood, and interpreted, in addition to indicating, as irrefutable and incontestable proof, that the student has read and fully agrees – without objections – to the TERMS OF USE of the mentioned service: “PORTUGUESE FOR FOREIGNERS” OR “PORTUGUESE CLASSES FOR FOREIGNERS”.

In addition, any student who hires this service (“PORTUGUESE FOR FOREIGNERS” OR “PORTUGUESE CLASSES FOR FOREIGNERS”) makes it clear, explicit and obvious, for all legal purposes, and purposes of any other nature, field or aspect, that he/she has READ ALL THE CONTENT OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND THAT HE/SHE FULLY AGREES WITH THEM WITHOUT ANY DOUBT AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY DIVERGENCE OR DISAGREEMENT WITH ANY OF THE ITEMS, SUBJECTS, TOPICS, CLAUSES AND/OR INFORMATION AND NOTICES CONTAINED IN IT.

SPECIAL CLAUSES AND INFORMATION:

1) Each teacher works independently of the other(s) and each teacher works indepentendly of HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL. This means that each professional practices their own prices/values, and solves their questions directly with their respective students and vice versa, etc.

2) The communication of students and/or people interested in taking classes is initially made at our communication center, which later distributes and sends this communication to the teacher of the school subject of interest to the student/visitor/stakeholder, etc.

The central is only responsible for communicating with the teacher and intermediating the first contact between the student/visitor of the blog/interested party in the classes, etc. and the respective teacher. From the moment the person interested in the classes starts communicating with the desired teacher, all responsibility for any act, decision, payment, eventual reimbursement, discounts (if any), provision of information, services, scheduling or rescheduling of classes, or any other subjects, items, situations, possibilities – however varied, numerous and comprehensive they may be, are the responsibility of the hired teacher and his/her respective student(s).

The payments are made directly to the respective teacher a student hires.

HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL only discloses the work of each teacher and their respective information on work method, profile, professional training, available timetables, price tables, etc.

3) There is no employment relationship (Brazilian CLT), work or of any other nature between/among HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL and the professors who publicize their work through it. Each teacher is independent – as already mentioned – and each one has his/her working methods and is individually responsible for any type of behavior or act that he/she practices, in relation to students and HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL.

There is not and there will not be any type of liability or responsabilization on the part of HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL in relation to the behavior, attitudes and any other acts practiced by any of the teachers who have or who will have their work published on the websites, blogs and/or social networks of HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL and any other means of dissemination/disclosure or publicity that relates directly or indirectly to HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL.

This means that both praise, criticism, complaints, suggestions regarding each teacher must be forwarded to, resolved/dissolved with the teacher in question. You can communicate the situation to HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL. The HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL may try to resolve the situation, take necessary, pertinent, correct and fair actions. BUT WE MUST HIGHLIGHT, ONCE MORE, THAT, ANY LEGAL MATTER , PROCESS, REFUND OF VALUES, RESCHEDULE OF CLASSES (IF APPLICABLE), DISCOUNTS (IF ANY), CHANGE IN VALUES (IF ANY), NEGOTIATIONS, ETC., ARE TOTAL AND STRICT RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TEACHER) IN QUESTION AND THEIR RESPECTIVE STUDENT(S) AND THAT HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL DOES NOT HAVE THE OBLIGATION OF SOLVING OR PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ISSUE(S)/SUBJECTS.

HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL ONLY PUBLISHES / DISCLOSES/ PUBLICIZES THE WORK OF EACH TEACHER. IT IS JUST AND ONLY THAT.

A central possui apenas a responsabilidade de se comunicar com o(a) professor(a) e intermediar o primeiro contato entre o(a) aluno(a)/visitante do blog/interessado(a) nas aulas, etc. e o(a) respectivo(a) professor(a). A partir do momento em que o(a) interessado(a) nas aulas inicia a comunicação com o(a) professor(a) desejado(a), toda a responsabilidade de qualquer ato, decisão, pagamento, eventual reembolso, descontos (se houver), prestação de informação, serviços, horários, agenda, marcação ou remarcação de aulas, ou quaisquer outros assuntos, itens, situações, possibilidades – por mais variados, numerosos e abrangentes que sejam, ficam à cargo do(a) professor(a) contratado(a) e de seu(s)/sua(s) respectivo(s) aluno(s).

A HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL apenas divulga o trabalho de cada professor(a) e suas respectivas informações de método de trabalho, formação profissional, horários disponíveis, tabela de valores, etc.

3) Não há nenhum vínculo empregatício (CLT), de trabalho ou de qualquer outra natureza entre a HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL e os(as) professores(as) que divulgam seu trabalho por meio dela. Cada professor(a) é independente – como já mencionado – e cada um(a) possui seus métodos de trabalho e responde individualmente por todo e qualquer tipo de comportamento ou ato que praticar, em relação aos alunos e à HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL.

Não há nem haverá qualquer tipo de responsabilização da HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL em relação ao comportamento, atitudes e quaisquer outros atos praticados por qualquer um dos professores que têm ou que vierem a ter seu trabalho divulgado no site, blog e/ou nas redes sociais da HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL e qualquer outro meio de divulgação ou publicidade que se relacione direta ou indiretamente com a HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL.

Isto significa que tanto elogios, como críticas, reclamações, sugestões a respeito de cada professor(a) devem ser enviados ou resolvidos/dirimidos com o(a) professor(a) em questão. Pode-se comunicar a situação à HIGGS BOSON SCHOOL, que tentará intervir e tentará resolver a questão, se possível e necessário, tomando alguma medida cabível, pertinente, correta e justa, porém, SEM TER A OBRIGAÇÃO PARA TAL QUESTÃO/ATITUDE.
